Thatched Family Home - A visit to this customer to discuss the re-painting of the existing kitchen, quickly turned into a much bigger project to provide an ideal working family space whilst housing all appliances and storage to suit the familys’ needs. A Travestine Natural Stone floor was laid throughout the hall and kitchen to create a much lighter overall look. Old oak beams were boldly painted over and new kitchen units made up by combining natural European oak with Farrow and Ball “New White” Granite worktops in Angola (dark with a light spec) created a great look which is also very easy to keep clean. Finally top of the range Miele appliances completed this superb kitchen which we designed, manufactured and installed in just four weeks providing not only an ideal area for entertaining but also the “hub” of this family home.
